30 day RETURN POLICY:
There are some exceptions:
- Items received within
30 days of the original order delivery date are eligible for (your
choice) a merchandise refund minus a 15% restocking fee or a store credit + 5% bonus (no restocking fee). There is no restocking fee for exchanges.
- Products must be in New Condition (original packaging and tags attached).
- ABSOLUTELY NO DOG HAIR. It is ok if you tried a product on your dog, but kindly remove any hairs left behind (lint roller or tape works well) and carefully place the product back into its original packaging. If the product appears used, worn, soiled, has been laundered or has a noticeable odor, this is not an acceptable condition for a return, so please do not send it back. No refunds or store credits will be given and the product will be discarded or donated.
- Returns are processed promptly and you can expect a refund within 5 days of our receipt of the returned merchandise.
- Special order Susan Lanci items including
harnesses, collars, leashes, coats and wizzers are non-refundable, however, sized items may be
exchanged within the 30 day policy for the same exact item of a different size in the event that
the item does not fit (tags MUST be attached).
Please note, an
exchange will take another full 2-4 weeks to produce. Measuring your dog

- All clearance items are FINAL SALE.
- We cannot take back merchandise that wasn't purchased at Chic-Dog-Boutique.com even if it is a brand that we carry. Please be sure to make your return to the appropriate retailer where the purchase was made.
- If an item received is incorrect or defective, we will replace it at no cost to you. Defects must be reported within 5 days of receiving the item.
Returning a Gift:
- We are happy to issue you a store credit via a gift certificate code.
- The 15% restocking fee will be waived for exchanges or if you choose the store credit option.

you, the customer (this includes customs brokerage fees for Canadian
customers). We recommend sending items with tracking and added insurance as a precaution as we cannot issue refunds for items that are not received due to being lost in the mail.

Please note that a new order must be placed online for exchanges. The reason for this is due to any price variations of items being exchanged or applicable forward shipping costs, and also because all of our inventory and order processes are electronic. We have two options for the exchange process:
1. For faster processing, you can place your new order online at any time to be shipped promptly, and we will issue a merchandise refund (restocking fee waived for exchanges) back to your original method of payment once we receive your returned item(s).
2. When we receive your returned item(s) we can issue a store credit + 5% bonus and you can then use that credit to place the new order.
